Back when the Demi-Smoke was still a tiny little bit of a thing, I used to scoop him up and growl at him, and mock-bite his tail.

And then I would gasp: "Oh no! The kitten was bitten! The kitten was bitten!!"

I can't recall that he was ever terribly impressed by this, I'm afraid.

I have a thing about torties. They're just so difficult and I can't resist them. So of course my tortie has to put up with all sorts of silly singsong gloating from me. If I am going to continue dancing around the kitchen like an idiot (and I am), my cats really need to stop doing things that push the curtains partially open. Sheesh.
